    Update May 20, 2020...
    The grocery will be a "small footprint" Raley's. (i.e. no pharmacy, etc.).
    The lot on the southeast corner is planned for a Raley's affiliated gas station.
    Other tenants they hope to include are hairstylists, cleaners, dental office, pizza shop, coffee shop, sandwich shops, banks and credit unions.
    More as any official announcements are made.

Project Description: The proposed project is a retail shopping center consisting of an approximate 35,000 square-foot anchor grocery store, a 12-pump gas station with an approximate 3,500 square-foot convenience store and car wash, and seven additional buildings ranging in size from approximately 3,750 square feet to 9,750 square feet.  The project includes a Design Review Permit to review the site design and proposed buildings, a Tree Permit to remove native oak trees on the westerly portion of the site, and a Tentative Subdivision Map to subdivide the parcel into eight (8) lots.  The project will require one (1) public hearing before the Planning Commission.

The Fiddyment Farm Neighborhood Association is NOT an HOA and there are no fees or dues. We are here to:

  • Provide an open forum through which all members of the neighborhoods can participate in the identity, social culture, growth, development, and activities of the neighborhoods.
  • Identify and communicate the issues and concerns of the Association members to the Roseville Coalition of Neighborhood Associations, the City of Roseville, and other appropriate entities.
  • Keep all members of the neighborhoods informed regarding issues vital, or of interest, to the well-being of the neighborhoods.
  • Encourage and facilitate communication and cohesiveness among all the people of the neighborhoods. To act in cooperation with government and non-government agencies to preserve and improve peace, safety and property values in the neighborhoods.
