Ground-based Adulticide Treatment in Placer County Tonight and Tomorrow Morning



Planned Ground-based Adulticide Treatments

What: Adult mosquito treatment
Where: West Roseville

When: Tonight and tomorrow morning

Areas of West Roseville are scheduled for a ground-based adulticide treatments due to high adult mosquito counts and positive West Nile virus mosquitoes in the area. An EPA-approved mosquito adulticide will be applied in an ultra-low volume fog by truck to target adult mosquitoes tonight and tomorrow.

Since several factors, including weather conditions, affect treatment activities, the District encourages Placer residents to check the District website for any changes to the treatment schedule and accompanying maps of the planned treatment areas.

Tonight, August 20, 2020, 7-11 p.m.
  • South Branch Antelope Creek Walking Trail
    • North of Blue Oaks Blvd., from Fiddyment Rd. to Duluth Ave.
Tomorrow, August 21, 2020, 4-5:30 a.m.
  • Timber Creek Golf Course and Sierra Pines Golf Course
    • From Pleasant Grove Blvd., west to Fiddyment Rd., north to Blue Oaks Blvd.

The Fiddyment Farm Neighborhood Association is NOT an HOA and there are no fees or dues. We are here to:
•    To provide an open forum through which all members of the neighborhoods can participate in the identity, social culture, growth, development, and activities of the neighborhoods.
•    To identify and communicate the issues and concerns of the Association members to the Roseville Coalition of Neighborhood Associations, the City of Roseville, and other appropriate entities.
•    To keep all members of the neighborhoods informed regarding issues vital, or of interest, to the well-being of the neighborhoods.
•    To encourage and facilitate communication and cohesiveness among all the people of the neighborhoods. To act in cooperation with government and non-government agencies to preserve and improve peace, safety and property values in the neighborhoods.
