Dear Neighbor,
Hayden Park LLC invites you to a neighborhood meeting and open house for Hayden Marketplace, a proposed neighborhood commercial center at the southwest corner of Blue Oaks Boulevard and Hayden Parkway in Roseville.
Hayden Marketplace is planned as a thoughtfully designed, family-friendly destination where nearby residents can shop, dine, meet, and take care of everyday needs close to home. The proposed mix includes a neighborhood market and fuel station, an express car wash, a drive-through, and neighborhood retail and restaurant space. Landscaped gathering areas, pedestrian walkways, bicycle accommodations, and coordinated site circulation are intended to create an attractive and connected center that complements nearby homes.
Please join us to review the proposed plans, learn about the project and its anticipated operations, meet the ownership team, and share your questions and comments.
