Apply to join the next Roseville Rising cohort. This 12-week Roseville Venture Lab program powers innovation by equipping early-stage entrepreneurs with personalized insights to hone their business strategy and accelerate their growth.
Eligible applicants are startup enterprises and nonprofits making a social impact in the greater Sacramento region. Applicants must be less than 10 years old and have annual revenue under $1 million.
State of the City 2023
Mayor Bruce Houdesheldt will give the 2023 State of the City address at 9 a.m., Friday, August 25 at the Westfield Galleria Center Court.
The speech is open to the public. Free tickets are available.
The speech will not be live streamed however a recording will be available after the speech at roseville.ca.us/SOC2023.

Roseville water utility’s financial rating receives a boost
Roseville's water utility's upgrade from AA to AA+ by Standard & Poor's (S&P) is significant, bringing many benefits to the utility and the local community. S&P attributed the upgrade to several factors, including low debt levels, a robust cash position, diversified water supplies, effective fiscal management, and a long-standing experienced management team.
Join the Youth Art Contest
You can help bring utilities to life by joining the Roseville Utilities Youth Art Contest - now through September 15. From electrifying superheroes to sewer pipe super villains, explore themes such as clean water delivery, sewer pipe management, energy-saving and waste collection.
Finalists will receive a $50 art supply gift card and their artwork in a 12-month calendar. Community choice winners receive a $100 gift card.
Upcoming resurfacing and curb ramp improvements
Resurfacing work on Blue Oaks Boulevard will continue near the end of summer and go through early fall. This work includes placing a wearing layer over the top of the entire road surface.
Curb ramp improvements are continuing in the Sun City neighborhood starting late summer, with completion in spring 2024. These updates are required by law in advance of road resurfacing.
