After the parade, head over to Royer Park for live music, activities, and family fun. Once you enjoy the festivities at Royer Park, bring your party to @the Grounds and end the day with a dazzling fireworks show.

Fireworks. Keep it safe. Keep it legal.

Penalties for illegal fireworks

Illegal fireworks carry many risks, including injury, property damage, safety of first responders, costs of responding to emergencies, environmental harm and legal consequences.

In May 2024, the Roseville City Council amended the municipal code, making penalties for those who use illegal fireworks much more severe.

Penalties for illegal fireworks include stiffer fines, more severe legal consequences, liability for the cost of emergency response and additional responsibility of property owners who knowingly allow the use or storage of illegal fireworks on their property, or the street or sidewalk adjacent to their property.
