The 4th of July festivities are back! Kick off your celebration with the return of the Independence Day parade, starting at 9 a.m. at the intersection of Riverside/Vernon/Douglas.
Following the parade, head over to Royer Park for some carnival-style fun with live music, games and activities from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Then head to @The Grounds for the grand finale, including fireworks display, games and concessions. Gates open at 5 p.m. Fireworks begin between 9:15 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.

Only Safe and Sane fireworks are legal in the City of Roseville. The legal sale of fireworks at designated booths begins at noon, June 28. Sales run through July 4 from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. each day.
Remember, any firework that flies in the air, darts across the ground or explodes is considered illegal in California. If it doesn't have the California State Fire Marshal's seal on the packaging, it's illegal.
The legal time period for discharge of Safe and Sane fireworks is from 12 p.m. on June 28 through 11:59 p.m. on July 4.

Final design plans are being developed for Phase 1 of Dry Creek Greenway East. This 3-mile portion of the proposed multi-use trail would extend from Darling Way to Rocky Ridge Drive.
