All draft maps submitted by December 6 that meet federal, state and local redistricting laws will be available for public review and comment until December 20.
The Roseville Independent Redistricting Commission will then narrow the number of maps under consideration based on public input and the goals of the Commission.
Six public meetings will be held in January to get further public input on the final set of maps. The Independent Redistricting Commission is scheduled to make its final decision on the new City Council district boundaries during its January 24 meeting.
A utility pole may seem like a convenient place to hang a poster or a camera, but attaching items to utility poles or street lights can be dangerous and is prohibited.
Our line crews work around the clock in all types of weather conditions, and attaching items like homemade signs, banners, and brackets to utility poles can cause serious hazards.
If a lineman needs to climb a pole to access overhead equipment for maintenance or to restore power during an outage, these items can become hazardous obstacles. Even something as small as a nail can puncture a lineman’s clothes and gloves or snag safety gear, making the lineman vulnerable to falls or possibly electrocution.
