Meter upgrade community workshop

Join Roseville Utilities to learn more about our ongoing Meter Upgrade Project at an upcoming workshop. Like many utilities throughout the United States, we are modernizing our metering system. This metering upgrade includes advanced meters, which wirelessly send readings and important service information to both our water and electric utilities.

We are hosting a Community Workshop on October 11 from 6 – 7 p.m. at the Maidu Community Center to provide additional information about the project and timeline as well as answer any questions from the community.

Trick or Treat

Join us at our Trunk-or-Treat Halloween Bash

Prepare for an evening of spine-tingling fun for ghosts and goblins of every age at our Trunk-or-Treat Halloween Bash and Friday Flicks pre-party! Stroll through the creatively decorated trunks filled with candy and treats galore. Then, have fun in our kids' corner, where you'll find Halloween-inspired games and activities.

All of this excitement takes place before our Friday Flicks showing of Hocus Pocus 2 on Friday, October 27 at the Mahany Fitness Center.

Trunk-or-Treat is from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. and registration is necessary. Friday Flicks starts at 8 p.m. The movie is free, no registration is required.

Honoring Veterans

Help us honor local Veterans

Join us in recognizing our local Roseville Veterans by adding their names to our Wall of Honor, displayed at our Honoring Veterans event on Thursday, November 9 at 5 p.m. in Vernon Street Town Square. Enjoy kids' activities, meet military representatives, listen to live music and try delicious food trucks.

This special event is a free, family-friendly gathering that brings our community together to recognize and appreciate our Veterans' service and sacrifices. If you know a Roseville Veteran who deserves to be on our Wall of Honor, please register them and share their stories and photos. Donations for care packages are appreciated.

Roseville Parkway Extension bridge rendering

Roseville Parkway Extension Project update

Construction is underway and will continue through spring 2025 to close the gap on Roseville Parkway between Washington and just west of Foothills Boulevard.

This week, expect to see additional construction-related traffic along Foothills Boulevard.

Once constructed, the roadway will create a key connection through the area, providing better access to the eastern and western parts of Roseville. Additionally, it will optimize traffic flow.

Baseline Road map

Road work to close portion of Baseline Road

Road work will temporarily close Baseline Road between Fiddyment Road and Watt Avenue on Wednesday, October 11 through Friday, October 13. The work will occur overnight, from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.

WA Roundabout

Washington and All America City Boulevard Roundabout Project update

A new traffic pattern started, as part of the construction of the roundabout.

The newly constructed roundabout will be open only on the outer lane, with ongoing construction in the inner lane. All America City Boulevard will be open to through traffic.

Minor construction will be ongoing, with intermittent lane impacts anticipated. Travel with care and keep an eye on digital message boards for current construction information.

Lane closure on Old Auburn Road during Placer County roadwork

Roadwork being done by Placer County will close westbound Old Auburn Road west of Sierra College Boulevard to Petite Creek Way.

The work will occur 10 p.m. on Friday, October 20 through 3 p.m. on Wednesday, October 25. Traffic will be detoured to East Roseville Parkway during this closure.

Roseville City Council is currently accepting applications from citizens 18 or older residing within Roseville city limits interested in serving on the following boards and commissions:

  • Board of Appeals (on vacancy)
  • Transportation Commission (three vacancies)

Applications are due to the City Clerk's Office by 4 p.m., Friday, November 3.

The City of Roseville is currently recruiting for high school students interested in serving as a youth representative on the City’s Library Board, Grants Advisory Commission, Parks & Recreation Commission, and Transportation Commission.

Brief City phone system outage planned October 14

Please plan ahead for the City's main phone lines to be down during the hours of approximately 5 - 7 a.m. on Saturday, October 14, for a phone system upgrade.  911 and emergency lines will not be impacted.

The phone system upgrade has been scheduled for off business hours in effort to minimize impacts. We thank you for your patience.

The Fiddyment Farm Neighborhood Association is NOT an HOA and there are no fees or dues. Fiddyment Farm Neighborhood Association is a member of the Roseville Coalition of Neighborhood Associations.  We are here to:

  • Provide an open forum through which all members of the neighborhoods can participate in the identity, social culture, growth, development, and activities of the neighborhoods.
  • Identify and communicate the issues and concerns of the Association members to the Roseville Coalition of Neighborhood Associations, the City of Roseville, and other appropriate entities.
  • Keep all members of the neighborhoods informed regarding issues vital, or of interest, to the well-being of the neighborhoods.
  • Encourage and facilitate communication and cohesiveness among all the people of the neighborhoods. To act in cooperation with government and non-government agencies to preserve and improve peace, safety and property values in the neighborhoods.
