Branch out your energy savingsDid you know planting shade trees can help you save energy and money all year long? When planted on the south-facing side of your home, shade trees can cut cooling costs by up to 40% during the warmer months. In cooler months, when the leaves fall, they allow sunlight to warm your home naturally. Whether you’re looking to cool your home, lower your bills, or enhance your landscape, Roseville Electric is here to help. In addition to receiving $80 per qualifying tree (up to six trees), if you apply for our Shade Tree Rebate, our experts will help you choose the best tree and planting location for your home.
