    Roseville schools' growth called 'mind-blowing'

    Mind Blowing ? Its actually Late ! Roseville City has been issuing residential building permits for years. They know how many people are moving in and have been so very late to deliver any services like post offices, super markets and restaurants. They are only allowing home builders to pay for road construction and just sitting back and collecting property taxes. They won't build skate parks for kids or Coffee shops for parents, nothing but housing and schools to profit from. The reason people moved to Roseville is because of the schools, but the schools have become overwhelmed and over crowded. Better to move to Rocklin or Folsom. Roseville has so many low income housing coming it won't be Middle class anymore. Enjoy, because all the folks who couldn't make it in the Bay Area are here and don't care about what gets built.
