    Announcing the return of Neighborhood Santa! Santa and his elves are visiting Roseville neighborhoods on December 7-18. Route information available beginning November 2. Although Santa lives in the North Pole, he doesn't want to risk getting sick before Christmas so all visits are weather permitting.
