Bosch completes acquisition of TSI Semiconductors Bosch recently completed its acquisition of Roseville-based TSI Semiconductors. The global manufacturer plans to invest $1.5 billion in the Roseville facility, expanding chip production for electric vehicles. Production is estimated to begin in 2026.
