Village Center & Oakmont of Roseville Project Update - Meeting

You are invited to a community meeting that will take place on June 20, 2017 at 6:30 P.M. at St. John’s Church located at 2351 Pleasant Grove Boulevard

At this meeting, a project update will be provided on WRSP Parcel W-32, W-33, & W-54 Village Center Rezone, General Plan Amendment and Specific Plan Amendment Project and Oakmont Senior Living Facility Design Review Permit Project located at 2350 and 2400 Pleasant Grove Boulevard respectively.

Representatives from Westpark Communities and Oakmont Senior Living (applicants) and the City of Roseville will be providing project updates on both projects.  In addition to the presentation and update by Westpark Communities, staff with the City of Roseville Parks, Recreation and Libraries Department will be present to solicit residents’ ideas on features or amenities to be included in the Village Center Park (Parcel W-54).  This will be residents’ first opportunity to provide input to the City as part of the park master planning process.  Parks staff will receive this input and return to the community later this year with a concept plan for residents’ feedback.

The applicant and City staff look forward to receiving your input at this meeting.  Should you have any questions prior to the meeting you can reach out to Tricia Stewart, Senior Planner at tstewart@roseville.ca.us or the project applicant Jeff Jones at jeff@wpcommunities.com.
