Roseville schools' growth called 'mind-blowing' WWW.KCRA.COM The rate of growth within the Roseville City School District is moving so fast that school administrators pushed up construction of a new elementary school a full two year just a mile away from another school that opened in 2017.

I was reading a lot of comments, containing a lot of fear and speculation.
