1st Annual RPAL Fit Fest

FIT FEST

We are excited to announce the 2015 1st Annual RPAL Fit Fest – benefiting the CrossFit Kids Program at the Roseville Police Activities League (RPAL)

WHEN: Saturday May 2nd, 2015 8am – 6pm

WHERE: Roseville Police Activities League (RPAL) – 110 Corporation Yard Rd, Roseville CA, 95678 (parking available in Lot J of the Placer County Fairgrounds – access off Washington Blvd onto Corp. Yard Rd.)

WHO: There will be 4 divisions: Kids, Teens, Novice, and RX

We will have age groups for the Kids and Teens divisions as follows:

Kids Division: Ages 8-12 - Teens Division: Ages 13-17

To register as a KID or TEEN Competitor, please contact Courtney or Serena as online registration is only available for the adult competitors

To compete in the Novice Division, you must be a CrossFit newbie! The best way to gauge if you should compete in this division is by answering the following question:

Can you do muscle-ups, ring-dips, handstand push-ups, and snatch ¾ your body weight? If the answer is yes, then Novice is not for you, see the RX Division.

RX Division: Men and Women, no age limit!

$40 - Adults (Novice and RX)

*Last day to register is April 15th

WHY: To fundraise for a great cause, CrossFit Kids program at the Roseville Police Activities League. All net proceeds will go to the program. RPAL is a non-profit and we would not be able to offer the successful programs, such as CrossFit Kids, without generous people like you! Sign up to compete, or simply just visit the event to see some great vendors and grab some lunch!

EVENT INFO: Please join us for our 1st Annual RPAL Fit Fest! It is FREE admission all day. We will have competitions happening as well as numerous vendor booths, food trucks and beverage vendors. Come join us for an amazing fundraiser!

About Us

The Fiddyment Farm Neighborhood Association is NOT an HOA and there are no fees or dues. We are here to:

  • Provide an open forum through which all members of the neighborhoods can participate in the identity, social culture, growth, development, and activities of the neighborhoods.
  • Identify and communicate the issues and concerns of the Association members to the Roseville Coalition of Neighborhood Associations, the City of Roseville, and other appropriate entities.
  • Keep all members of the neighborhoods informed regarding issues vital, or of interest, to the well-being of the neighborhoods.
  • Encourage and facilitate communication and cohesiveness among all the people of the neighborhoods. To act in cooperation with government and non-government agencies to preserve and improve peace, safety and property values in the neighborhoods.
