Announcing the return of Neighborhood Santa! Santa and his elves are visiting Roseville neighborhoods on December 7-18. Route information available beginning November 2. Although Santa lives in the North Pole, he doesn't want to risk getting sick before Christmas so all visits are weather permitting. The Roseville Coalition of Neighborhood Associations (RCONA) will host a Candidates' Forum for the seven candidates vying for three seats on the Roseville City Council in the November 6 election this year.
