WPWMA INVITES RESIDENTS TO TALK TRASH AT 11th ANNUAL COMMUNITY MEETING Join us October 13 to discover our continued eff­orts to reduce odors.   The Western Placer Waste Management Authority (WPWMA) invites the community to their 11th annual community meeting on Wednesday, October 13th at 6:00 PM to discuss odors and other operational issues of importance to residents.
