Groundwater program expansion will increase water reliability Two new wells are nearly complete in west Roseville, adding to a handful of existing wells used for water supply. Residents and businesses alike can reduce their energy usage with simple adjustments like bumping thermostats up to 78 degrees or higher and turning off unnecessary lighting. Conservation helps lower demand and avoid outages, as well as reduce the duration of an outage.
