Public Workshop for the Planning & Design of the F- 50 Park (near Fiddyment Elementary School) There will be a public workshop for the planning & Design of the F- 50 Park (near Fiddyment Elementary School) on Tuesday September 30th at 7 pm -- at the Fiddyment Farm Elementary School - Multi-purpose Room. "The City takes pride in being able to work closely with the neighborhoods that will use the parks. The start of the design process begins with a public workshop to introduce the proposed park design and obtain input from residents. After the plan is revised, a second workshop is held to present the master plan for review. Final revisions are made based on the input gathered at the workshop. The final master plan is then published and written comments to the final master plan are accepted during the public comment period."

  6. As part of the RCONA summer Movie In The Park series WFFNA and BONA (Blue Oaks Neighborhood Association) will co-host the final movie of the summer at our Fred Festersen Park on August 23rd. The movie will be Planes. Enjoy an evening in the park with your friends and neighbors - bring lawn chairs, blankets. Movies to begin at sundown on a 30 ft. screen (weather permitting - check http://www.rcona.org). Vendors available at 7:30 pm to purchase pizza, teriyaki, popcorn, snow cones and beverages. SPECIFIC PLAN AMENDMENT. REZONE. DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT AMENDMENT. LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT. SMALL LOT TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION MAP & DESIGN REVIEW PERMIT FOR RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION - OAKBRIAR F-23 SUBDIVISION - 1875 ORCHARD VIEW ROAD. Nature of request: The applicant requests approval to amend the West Roseville Specific Plan (WRSP) to allow development of a ±10.7 acre small lot residential subdivision consisting of 96 Medium Density Residential (MDR) lots. May 22, 2014 Odor Workshop Invitation The Western Placer Waste Management Authority (WPWMA) invites you to community meeting on Thursday, May 22nd to discuss odors and other operational issues of importance to local residents. The meeting will take place at 7:00 PM at the WPWMA offices at 3033 Fiddyment Road located at the corner of Athens Avenue in Roseville. The WPWMA is a joint powers authority comprised of Placer County and the cities of Lincoln, Rocklin and Roseville. The WPWMA owns and operates the landfill, materials recovery facility, and green waste composting facility in south Placer County. Over the past three years, the WPWMA has conducted community meetings to engage residents in a dialogue regarding our operations and odor conditions in the Sunset Industrial Area. May’s meeting will include an update on our continuous odor monitoring system as well as an open forum to address resident questions and concerns.
